My Aromatherapy Story:

I have been using essential oils daily since 2004.

I was into aromas way back before I knew that many scented items were not good for me. I was building a business of candles and body products until one day I couldn’t tolerate the fragrances anymore.

I was introduced to lavender buds and lavender essential oil one day and the rest is history!

One by one I started replacing some over the counter medicines, personal care products and household cleaners with herbal and essential oil based products. This action was NOT overnight, but I was consistently educating myself on things and learning that not everything on the market had our health in mind.

Don’t get me wrong, I still take medicine when necessary and I do use household products, but I research and read labels. I use tried and true plant based remedies as much as possible.

I love to share what I have learned with others especially if it can help them feel better and eliminate something that might have a negative impact on their health.

I am currently enrolled in a certified aromatherapist program where I am receiving a high quality essential oil education. This expertise will enable me to confidently recommend effective and safe essential oil blends and products to help you live a healthier and happier life.
